DELIVERY

To ensure you receive your products in a timely manner, we use the Royal Mail Signed for Delivery service for orders within the UK, to ensure the best delivery process possible. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched within 1-3 working days after your order has been processed on our end. You will also be provided with a Reference number so you can see further delivery updates.

Please bear in mind that during busy sale periods or due to delays caused by the current pandemic, natural disasters, Royal mail delivery staff strikes and other situations beyond our control, order processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

Royal mail 1st class Signed for delivery UK orders - £5.99

All hair care product orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after processing on our end. While all skin care product orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days after processing on our end, as they are made fresh for dispatch.

Delivery timeframe - 2-3 working days.

Royal mail reference number included.

International Delivery

We welcome international orders and use the UPS, DHL Express services, to ensure you get your orders in good condition and within the expected timeframe and are trackable with signatures required.

We currently offer Free International Shipping on all orders from £150 and over.

Please add the product you would like to purchase to your basket and your shipping cost should be automatically listed at the checkout stage.

International orders are insured to cover customer orders and this may have an effect on the shipping prices listed on our website.

RETURNS

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns at this time.

Refunds are only processed if your ordered items have not yet been dispatched within the stated timeframe as listed above. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Our Hair care products focus firstly on Hair Health then Growth and we have customers who have seen results in both areas from as little as a few weeks to months and even much longer. Please bear in mind that everyone is different, therefore results will always vary from person to person. Based on this, refunds will not be provided.

Damaged Items

If your products have been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately via email hello@hairvirtue.com and provide your order number, picture/video evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue for you asap.

We take our customer satisfaction seriously and aim to provide excellent service. However, third party handling of our packages during the shipping process is completely beyond our control. Should there be a problem with your package, we will do our best to accommodate your request by replacing the items for you without any difficulty.

When will I receive my order?

With our Royal mail 1st class Signed for delivery service, orders are delivered in 2-3 working days. Please allow 1-3 working days after purchase for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.

For International orders, we use the DHL and UPS delivery service.

All International orders placed during weekends will be shipped after 1-3 working days. If International orders are placed during a bank holiday weekend, they will be dispatched after 2 working days.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make do our best to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Hair Virtue London reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address, should there be an unforeseen event in which we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Hair Virtue London reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

- History of irregular or excessive order complaints involving altered, missing, or damaged items.

Hair Virtue London also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar activities as noted above.
